Some castings with inner cavities often need to make cores (used in modeling, commonly known as cores). There are many ways to make cores, and there are two common methods. First, generally make a mold first (often made together with the core mold when making the mold in the first step), and then make it by hand with mixed sand molding soil (a bit like modeling, commonly known as core beating). Second, use an aluminum core box, fill it with coated sand, and put it in an oven to burn. The oven can be dedicated to casting or you can make one yourself. Use iron sheets to weld one and bake it on the stove. Wear gloves because the core box is very hot. Here, the editor recommends the second method, using a core baked with coated sand. It is not suitable for "gunfire" during pouring, and the surface of the inner cavity of the casting is relatively smooth.
